Manufacturing Process

We partner with reliable and certified vendors for sourcing high-grade raw materials such as premium-grade makhana, high-quality spices, and seasoning powders. Every batch of raw materials undergoes initial quality checks before entering the production cycle. 

We have a multi-stage quality check process:

Pre-Processing Inspection: To ensure only clean and sorted raw material goes into the machine.
In-Process Monitoring: Continuous monitoring during roasting, flavoring, and drying stages.
Post-Processing Evaluation: Final inspection for flavor, texture, color, and overall quality.

Our packaging solutions are designed to preserve freshness, flavor, and crunchiness. We use food-grade, air-tight, and tamper-proof materials with attractive branding. Products are nitrogen-flushed to increase shelf life where needed. 

Finished products are stored in a temperature-controlled, pest-free environment to maintain quality. We follow FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for inventory rotation and ensure efficient and timely dispatch to clients across India and abroad.
